Welcome to Fantasy Fights! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Fantasy Fights application and related services ("App"). By using Fantasy Fights, you agree to these Terms.

1. Subscriptions and Billing

Fantasy Fights offers auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features and content.

  • Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your account settings.
  • No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription term.
  • Free trials may be offered for new subscribers. You will be charged when the trial period ends unless you cancel before then.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
  • Share, resell, or redistribute content without permission.
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotions.
  • Use automated tools or bots to access the service.

3. Ownership

All content, data, and intellectual property in Fantasy Fights are owned by Fantasy Fights and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. AI predictions, fight analysis, and betting recommendations are proprietary and may not be redistributed without permission.

4. Disclaimer

Fantasy Fights provides analytical and entertainment services related to sports predictions and fantasy leagues. Results are for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not guarantee accuracy or financial gain. We are not responsible for any losses incurred from betting decisions made based on our predictions.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and any outstanding subscription fees remain due.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
